ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All apparel is made-to-order through our print partner. Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received. Because each item is produced on demand, production times may vary. Photos are digital mockups. Actual colors and print placement may vary slightly.
SHIPPING
We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Every order is made to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, followed by 3-7 business days of shipping, so most orders arrive within 7-14 business days of purchase. Times are estimates, not guarantees. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, email hitmeup@p1everyday.com and we’ll help track it down.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
SIZING
Sizing may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified once submitted to production. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately. If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We strive to keep all products in stock, but availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are valid for the specified promotion period only. Codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

All content on this site, including designs, text, and graphics, is the property of P1 Everyday and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
WEBSITE USE
By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt its operation. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.

We use third-party services for payment processing and order fulfillment. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
P1 Everyday is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
PRIVACY
Who we are. P1 Everyday (“we,” “us”) operates p1everyday.com. Questions? Email hitmeup@p1everyday.com. What we collect. Order information: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if provided), and the items you buy. Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Email signups: your email address if you join our list or use a discount popup. Browsing data: pages viewed, items added to your cart, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies. How we use it. To process and ship orders, send order updates and tracking, respond to support requests, send marketing emails if you opted in, improve our site, and measure and run our advertising. Who we share it with. We share information only as needed with service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our print and fulfillment partner (your name, address, and order details so they can make and ship your order), our website hosting and analytics providers, Base44, and advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Advertising and tracking. We use tools like the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. These tools collect information about how you use our site, which may be shared with advertising partners. We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some state laws, sharing data for targeted advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “share.” You can opt out by emailing hitmeup@p1everyday.com, by using your browser’s privacy settings or Global Privacy Control, or through Meta’s ad settings. Your choices and rights. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email us and we’ll respond within 45 days. Data retention and security. We keep information only as long as needed for orders, legal and tax purposes, and support. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Children. Our site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
